Welcome to A Witches' Cottage Tarot. Every Cottage Experience is thoughtfully prepared with care, intention, and deep respect for the guidance Spirit reveals.
By reserving a Cottage Experience, purchasing a service, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Guest Policies.
Nature of the Cottage Experience
Cottage Experiences are intended to provide spiritual guidance, intuitive insight, encouragement, and personal reflection. Every experience is unique and unfolds in Spirit's perfect timing. Your free will and personal decisions always remain your own.
Professional Guidance
Cottage Experiences are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. Please seek an appropriately qualified professional whenever needed.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where they reside). You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after your Cottage Experience.
Investment, Reservations & Rescheduling
Your reservation is confirmed once full payment has been received. Because every Cottage Experience is individually prepared, Investments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If a reschedule becomes necessary, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a new time or delivery date.
Delivery
Most prerecorded Cottage Experiences are delivered within the estimated timeframe shown when you reserve your place. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally change due to illness, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If this occurs, you will be kept informed.
No Guarantees
Intuitive guidance and mediumship are deeply personal spiritual experiences. No specific message, communication, timeline, reconciliation, future event, or outcome can ever be guaranteed.
Privacy & Personal Use
Your privacy is respected. Information shared during your Cottage Experience will be treated confidentially except where disclosure is required by law. Your personal Cottage Experience is for your personal use only and may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or publicly shared without written permission.
Technology
While every effort is made to deliver your Cottage Experience successfully, A Witches' Cottage Tarot is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, internet outages, spam filtering, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Questions & Concerns
If you have any questions or concerns about your Cottage Experience, please contact A Witches' Cottage Tarot before initiating a payment dispute so every reasonable effort can be made to resolve the matter.
Right to Decline
A Witches' Cottage Tarot reserves the right to respectfully decline or discontinue a Cottage Experience when doing so is believed to be appropriate, ethical, or in the best interests of either party. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Acceptance
By reserving your place at the Cottage, purchasing a Cottage Experience, or continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Cottage Terms of Service & Guest Policies
Safety & Crisis Policy
All experiences offered by A Witches’ Cottage are spiritual and intuitive services intended for personal reflection and guidance. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional services and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional care.
A Witches’ Cottage does not diagnose or treat physical or mental-health conditions and does not use tarot, mediumship, intuitive guidance, or spiritual communication to assess suicide risk, determine personal safety, or advise whether someone should seek medical or mental-health treatment.
If a guest communicates an intention or desire to harm themselves or another person, or otherwise indicates an immediate safety crisis, Odette may pause or discontinue the spiritual experience and encourage the guest to contact an appropriate crisis resource, licensed professional, emergency service, or trusted person who can provide immediate support.
The wellbeing and safety of every guest will always take priority over completing a spiritual experience.
